Weekends could look like slow mornings with coffee on the front porch, leisurely breakfasts at Bacon Social House or Sunny’s, and afternoon strolls to So Damn Gouda to pick up charcuterie before grabbing dinner fixings from Pochitos Tortilla Factory to enjoy with friends on the back patio. ☕️🏡🍸🎉 2745 W 40th

Sometimes the right home changes the wish list. 🏡✨
After touring 10+ properties, our out-of-town buyers added one last showing on a whim. It was love at first sight!
A beautifully finished, turnkey home lets buyers see its full potential and sometimes rethink the criteria they thought were must-haves.
One unexpected showing, one quick closing, and one very happy ending. 🔑❤️
Dream home found!

It took 2 weeks and 3 offers for the Sellers to accept our negotiated offer, but it was worth the additional time and effort as my Buyer was able to purchase his dream house at his target price. It was a pleasure working with my client and helping him realize his dream. An added bonus, I was able to help his family and colleagues in the purchase of their new homes. 🏡❤️🎉
