POSTS STORIES REELS

Face healing update after my refreshing deep plane face, neck lift, eyes, nose and lip lift 🧚🏼 🧚🏼🧚🏼🧚🏼

It’s now 4 months post operation with the one and only @opdrselcukyazan 👑

I’m still getting so many messages about the surgery and my choice in surgeon - all positive🎀🎀

So many ladies happy to get an unfiltered
& authentic view of such a major surgery.

(It’s written in my Highlight Reels “Face” & “Istanbul” & “Dr S Yazan” how I chose my surgeon and what specifically I had done 💜)

But to reiterate…….I was watching multiple surgeons in Australia, the USA & some other country’s- but for nearly 6 years of gathering information, watching & waiting for my time to be “ready”……@opdrselcukyazan was my absolute #1 choice.

A choice which was 💯results & patient satisfaction driven for what I wanted to achieve 👏🏼👏🏼

Still the best decision 👏🏼👏🏼
And the Turkish coffee was incredible too 🤭☕️

(Note I’m 46 years old 👱🏼‍♀️🫶🏼)

Happy Fathers Day …. to the best Dad.
A strong minded, grounded, innovative, health driven, disciplined in life/work ethic and motivating Father with common sense values for Jett to learn from.

He might not think your jokes are funny …… but he knows you’re the best Daddy 😉

8,000 people.
One incredible community. 💚

We were proud to be part of the Sutherland 2 Surf, supporting runners from start to finish with samples, goodie bags and plenty of encouragement.

This is what the ASN community is all about.

Which event should we be at next? 👇 by @kerrie_rees_asn

Even with failed IVF Attempts (8) and all the embryo’s collected 😭 (60+) …… I stayed strong in my faith I’d be a mother … and I honestly knew it would be a Boy… a “Boy Mum” 💙💙 (but of course a girl is just as great!)

Sure there were many dark times through the (6) years of IVF … so many emotional roller coasters, doubts on myself as a woman, and the physical toll it took on my body with all the fertility treatments was very taxing …….. but ……. Even through the doubts, I knew deep down somehow, sometime it would happen.

And it did ….. lucky 9th time. What a total shock that was to Simon & I 😍😍😍 💙💙💙💙

Jett, our funny, energetic, quirky, charismatic, strong willed, loving son……I wouldn’t change a thing ✨✨✨

Another ASN Women’s Health Seminar complete 💜

Mackay brought together a full room of women for an evening covering all things health - hormones, gut health, sleep, stress, and the everyday habits that shape how we feel 😊

Thank you to everyone who joined us, Greg Haglund (@switch_nutrition) for sharing his knowledge, and the ASN team for making it happen 🙌🏼

Where should we head next? Let us know 👇🏼 by @kerrie_rees_asn
