A new wellness cafe is opening in Earls Barton on 12 July called Llumi Wellness Cafe @llumicafe - they do everything from poke bowls which are packed with protein, to açai bowls, sandwiches made with fresh bread from a local bakery, smoothies, matcha and superfood coffees. I have interviewed artists on the radio since I was a student, and have been a music specialist presenter for almost five years on BBC Introducing. I still get people ask questions all the time like “How do I interview well?” Or “how do I make sure I’m saying everything I meant to say before the microphone went live” - so I have come up with quite a few tips that I think would help musicians and artists make the most out of their radio interviews, ultimately presenters aren’t there to catch you out, or to trick you, we’re the person between the listener and YOU as the talent, we help bridge that gap and to better connect to you. #newartists #interviewtips #bbcintroducing #bbcradio #emergingartists by @kerriecosh

In 2022, I auditioned to announce at the Commonwealth Games... and I didn’t get the job! At the time, it felt like a setback but sometimes it’s just “not right now.” Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in the long game. Normally, I would be doing an end of season wrap as today was the last home fixture for Leicester City Women, but it’s not the end of the season! I’m so grateful that I’ve had three seasons of doing this job. Whether it’s remembering somebody no longer with us, celebrating appearance milestones, or simply welcoming players to the KP: it’s been a pleasure. Whilst this season has definitely been the toughest of the three, this is still the best job in the world. Time to put down the mic for a bit and become a fan at the first ever playoff on 23 May (still making noise, but without a mic!) 🦊 💙 by @kerriecosh
