Happy 92nd Birthday Mom! 🎉💫🎈

She does say that she is aging backwards now! 😂

As I get older I realize that there are so many things that you helped instill in me!

Life partner✨Married ✨Best friend

A relationship that Is wonderful and is also challenging and hard. 🥰

Danny and I have been married for 31 years! Many ups and downs and changes and moments and strife and love and commitment and compassion and compromise.

We continue to work on our relationship so that it is the best that it can be. So the rest of our years are the best of our years!

Is it easy? No. But the best things in life are worth working for!

I share this in hopes that we all realize a good relationship takes energy and commitment. I have not been perfect! And either has Danny. But we love each other and work at what we have and can have.

Never give up. 😊

I took 4 years off cycling outside and It has been a long hard road getting back into good cardiovascular endurance shape. 🚴

It was raining this morning and it would have been so easy to say - can’t do it outside (it’s my outdoor ride day) so bag it!

But nope! Made the pivot and worked out indoors (hot and humid and hard).

I know that if I don’t continue to work on my power and leg speed and heart rate threshold on a weekly basis I won’t get there. Back to where I used to be.

Keep going! Even if it is hard. It’s ok. It makes you stronger and gives the the confidence and willpower to keep at it. No matter what it is. Relationships, work, sports, workouts.

Let’s do the hard! And never giving up. One life to live. One day at a time. Let’s make the best of it with no regrets! ❤️ #nevergiveup #keepgoingforward #onelifeliveit by @kerripcampbell

I’m so grateful!!

Working on muscular strength is something we all need to do. All of us! 💪

Is it easy? It’s so much easier with a group doing it together! Cheering each other on just by showing up! You work out harder when you have someone else doing it by your side.

I’m grateful because I get to! I get to work on muscular strength with others. I get to lead and teach a few classes a week. Makes me workout harder for sure!

I hope you take your muscular strength seriously! We are so much healthier and we move better when we are stronger.

Get someone to do it with you as an accountability partner. Whether it’s in a class, in the gym , or in your garage or living room! 🏋️

I remember it like it was yesterday. 🩷

I was newly pregnant with Quinn and like everyone else - glued to the TV watching it unfold. I was working as a physical therapist for Rio Rancho Schools and was in a middle schools library with the kids - watching the tv.
We all just sat there dumbfounded!

We were an amazing country on 9/12/2001.
We came together and grieved and coped and hoped.

It’s a great day to commemorate the hero’s and grieve for the people who lost their lives!

One small yes!!

Honestly I was not looking for change!
But my gut said “go for it” and it’s been the best yes ever!

Yes to starting a small business that would be my plan B. To help with finances. To get us beyond living paycheck to paycheck.

I had no idea what I was stepping into!
So much more than making more money.
💥A community of people that will support and cheer me on.
💥Incredible personal growth that I wouldn’t have found on my own!
💥stepping out of my comfort zone and meeting the best people!
💥Surrounded by people that also want to make a difference in the world
💥Health and wellness at its finest! The best products in this field!
