Sharing this because it reminds me just how important it is to create intentional spaces where people feel safe, seen, and valued.

My time as Chair of the American Black Chiropractic Association National Convention has come to an end, but my commitment to advocating for those whose voices are too often unheard has only grown stronger.

The ABCA has played a tremendous role in shaping the leader I am today. Through this organization, I’ve had the privilege of traveling across the country, connecting with hundreds of doctors and students, and having honest conversations with leaders throughout our profession about the challenges, and opportunities, that exist for underrepresented communities in chiropractic.

This experience has reaffirmed something I deeply believe: representation matters, difficult conversations matter, and creating environments where people truly belong changes lives.

While this chapter is closing, the mission continues. I’m grateful for everyone who trusted me, challenged me, and walked alongside me. The work isn’t finished, and neither am I. ❤️ by @kerseechiro

Chiropractic belongs at Pride. 🌈

Diversify Chiropractic showed up AGAIN at Atlanta Pride to celebrate our LGBTQ+ community and remind people that they deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and supported in chiropractic spaces.

We loved seeing @atlantaspinecenter Doctors out there representing, too! There’s room for more of our profession to show up, and we want to see that representation keep growing.

Culture & Chiropractic IV 🤎

Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded of exactly why @magenthechiro and I continue to create spaces like this.

From the beginning, our intention with Culture & Chiropractic has been bigger than simply hosting an event. We wanted to create a space where the diversity of chiropractic could truly be seen, where students, doctors, educators, business owners, leaders, and community members from different backgrounds could come together, connect, collaborate, and feel like they belonged in the room.

And that’s exactly what happened.

Thank you to everyone who attended Culture & Chiropractic IV, supported the vision, participated in the conversations, made a new connection, shared your perspective, or simply showed up authentically. YOU are what makes this community special.

This isn’t the end. It’s another step toward a more connected, collaborative, and representative chiropractic profession.

Four years of Culture & Chiropractic. Four years of creating space, building community, and making sure Black chiropractors are seen, supported, and connected to the communities we serve.

That has always been the mission.

Being intentional about serving, celebrating, and creating space for the Black community does not mean excluding anyone. It means recognizing where representation has been missing and doing something about it.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support the vision, show up, share it, bring people with you, and understand what we’re building.
