Sincere apologies for the boring beginner episode.

However, it's a step I wanted to include on my journey and I have a lot more in the works for upcoming episodes and topics. Plus not everything you do is going to be perfect and glamorous the first time (or few times) you do it so bear with me as I grow and learn to put out better content!

Thanks for sticking around anyways, can't wait for episode 2 of the pretty project 🌊 by @kerstenpaigesmith

This series is for you just as much as it is for me☀️

Welcome to The Pretty Project...

A documentation of my journey towards the hot body I want, building healthy habits and routines and maintaining them, a lifestyle I can be proud of, a dream life I feel ecstatic to share with others, and the version of myself I always dreamt of becoming. Oh, and also sharing everything along the way to help you do the same in whatever topic comes up during this series🩷

I can't wait to see us both at the end! Let me know in the comments what you're currently trying to work on in your personal life. by @kerstenpaigesmith

Hi, I'm Kersten and for the past year I've been learning everything I can to begin building my dream life and become the best version of myself so I can teach you how to do it too.

If you're on the same path or struggling with how to start, this is where you can always find me☀️ by @kerstenpaigesmith

There's 4 more months left of 2026 and my plans are to make them worth something by January ✨

What are you doing for the last part of the year? by @kerstenpaigesmith

How does that saying go? If you stand for nothing you fall for everything? Well here's a few of my standing points, I'd love to know if you agree or disagree with any of them💕 by @kerstenpaigesmith
