![One week ago I did something that scared me. 🫶🏾
I packed up Kè Sèj Eats and showed up. First pop-up. First orders. First time putting my food in front of strangers and hoping they’d feel what I feel every time I make it.
It wasn’t perfect…there were hiccups, there were nerves, there were moments I wanted to pack it all up 😅. But I stayed. I pivoted. I served every single order.
