Black Buzzard design-file question: you can take one piece of his gear. What are you choosing?

Swipe for a closer look at the equipment labels from the collection. My favorite kind of character sheet is one that makes you imagine a scene before you have even read it.

The moment a character realizes how powerful he has become can be thrilling—or terrifying.

Meet Zeus. What makes a superpowered antagonist compelling to you: the motive, the threat, or the effect he has on the heroes?

Indie Comic Review Time! 😁🙏
Just got my copy of Absolute Turtle Man by the great @rdmurphyart
In a room FULL of comics, this is now one of my personal favorite pieces. The artwork and panel composition is beautiful. The humor hits home and the passion for the craft bleeds through every page.
RD Murphy was even kind enough to include a preview comic for the upcoming "Living a Fantasy" which feels like something both unique and entertaining, and i can't wait until the full story is available.
If you read this far, I highly recommend checking out his 4 minute animation he has on youtube (78,000+ views in 2 months, way to go!)

A Golden Age hero, revisited through a more personal question: what happens when he gets older?

Swipe from the classic Atoman to What Remains. What older comic character would you like to see explored at a different stage of life?

So pumped to have this in the line up for the upcoming DOA issue 1!!!! The first of several variant covers I'm honored to have. This is the @kessler_komics_studio variant and I need to say, they just captured everything about DOA in a singular image. Just pure awesomeness on a page. I will be adding my colors to this and sharing the final piece soon. Big thanks to Kessler on this and if you haven't done so yet, please check them out and have a look at the amazing work they are doing. Thanks for looking. More to come soon.

Meet Morgan.

A winged silhouette and a sword tell you something immediately—but the story is where you get to know her. What is the first thing you notice in this piece?

Very happy to share this with you all. I had the pleasure of being able to add my colors to the incredible line art for @kessler_komics_studio for the new comic of their character Solaris, written by the awesome @mainlyanassassin. Such a cool design and idea character and story wise. Looking forward to seeing the full book soon. I've known Kristian for a little while through the indie comics IG channels. Real big fan of their work and the world being built there. Do yourself a favor and check out both of these awesome creators and give their work some love. Thanks for looking. More to come soon.

Black Buzzard. Marx. Del Fuego. Morgan.

Four reasons to explore The Pantheon. Who would you want to know more about first? Follow @kessler_komics_studio for more character previews.

Del Fuego does not exactly blend into a crowd.

Swipe for a look at his artwork and a page from the collection. What makes a fire-powered character memorable to you: the personality, the power, or the design?

Who waits for a hero to come home?

Atoman is Barry Dale, too. The people who know the man behind the mask have something at stake in every rescue.

Do you prefer superhero stories that spend time on life outside the costume?

Even superheroes need a movie night. 🍿🔥

Black Buzzard calls it research. Del Fuego calls bullshit. 😂
