What a fun, sunny day in San Luis Obispo with neighbors, young adults, parents, and volunteers who care about our kids’ future.
We talked, listened, and lined up people ready to make calls and encourage their friends to vote. This is what a real campaign looks like—neighbors stepping up for the Central Coast.
I’m deeply thankful for this team. Protecting young people, standing with parents, and supporting education reform isn’t a slogan; it’s the work. Joining together for fairness for girls and women and parental rights.
Tag a friend who needs to see this and share it. Every conversation matters.

If you missed my speech at today’s Meet the Candidates BBQ in San Luis Obispo, listen to this reel.
I shared the standout moments: gathering volunteers ready to call voters and meeting families and young adults who feel there’s no future for them here.
I’m covering the entire Central Coast District 30 to meet voters and earn their vote. Tomorrow Jim and I head to Monterey, Marina, and Seaside.
Your voice still matters. Let’s change that future.

Cal Poly students are living the “Learn by Doing” motto every day — but far too many of them are packing up after graduation and leaving California.
Why? Because the cost of living is crushing them and the good jobs that should be waiting for them have been regulated and taxed out of the state.
I met students at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to talk about the real solutions:
• Housing policies that actually increase supply and lower costs so young people can afford to stay
• Cutting the red tape and over-regulation that is driving employers out of California
• Energy and fiscal policies that keep the Central Coast competitive so the degrees earned here can be used here
You shouldn’t have to leave the state you love just to build a life after college. If we fix affordability and protect the jobs that belong here, our graduates can put their education to work right where they learned it.
So let’s keep talent on the Central Coast.#CalPoly #LearnByDoing #CentralCoast #California #HousingAffordability SmallBusiness AD30 VoteKessler taken in California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) by @kesslerforca

Great connecting with Bob Smith, candidate for Congress in California’s 24th District, and April Huckaby—personal trainer, Republican strategist, school board trustee.
The Central Coast is ready for leaders who put service over politics, common sense over ideology, and families first. Proud to stand with people who show up and do the work.

Families are being priced out. Parents are being closed out of classrooms and boardrooms. Businesses and farms are being shuttered.
Sacramento establishment politicians keep blocking common-sense solutions. I am running to bring those solutions back to the Central Coast.
Our daughters. Our classrooms. Our farms. Our future.

Grateful for another conversation with my friend Dave Congalton on Hometown Radio — our local news source that keeps the Central Coast informed with fairness and speed.
Dave’s diligence in covering the real issues facing families, businesses, and our communities is something I deeply appreciate. He gives a platform for honest discussion, and I was glad to share where I stand on the priorities that matter most for AD-30.
If you missed it live, the full interview is available in podcast form — visit the link in my bio to listen.
Please share this with neighbors who want common-sense representation in Sacramento. Every share helps more people hear the message.

Spent time at Daniels Wood Land.
Two brothers started this company nearly 30 years ago making custom treehouses out of a garage. Now they’re fabricating scenic elements and attractions used by major theme parks, while employing skilled workers right here in Paso Robles. During COVID they even retooled and made PPE gowns for first responders.
That’s the entrepreneurial spirit we need more of on the Central Coast. As a longtime business owner myself, I know how hard it is to build and sustain something like this under California’s current rules. I’ll go to Sacramento to stand up for companies that create real jobs and real value—not just talk about it.

What a beautiful day in Paso Robles.
Smiling faces. Waving hands. Thumbs up for Save Girls’ Sports everywhere we walked. This Central Coast town showed up with pure American spirit for the Pioneer Day parade — and the 250th anniversary theme made it even more meaningful.
I had the honor of walking with the Modern Suffragettes. One hundred and six years ago, women fought for and won the right to vote. They understood that progress for women means protecting our opportunities, not erasing them.
Today, women and girls are losing the right to fair sports, safe locker rooms, and spaces of their own. We cannot let that happen.
If you’re with me, post a ball from your favorite sport with an American flag and share this. Let’s keep this positive, powerful, Central Coast energy going.

Paso Robles Pioneer Day Parade is happening right now—come on down and watch!
Classic cars, Corvettes, tractors, kids, families, Bearcats from the high school, the Farm Bureau, and the whole hometown farming culture rolling through. This is the real Paso—small-town, classic, and full of grit.
While you’re out, support the conservative school board candidates who will defend girls’ sports for girls only, and me for State Assembly. (They made us cover the word “for” on the signs, so we covered the F up on all of ours—still loving this small town!)
Tag your people, share this, and come celebrate the parade.
