Who said low carb can’t include peanut butter cups? 😋

I made these little keto peanut butter cup bites, and they came out SO good.

I used Keto Brick Bell’s Brownie Batter and Milk & Cookies for the chocolate base and tops. For the center, I melted the Tallow Carnivore Cake Pop and mixed in organic peanut butter, which helped give the peanut butter filling a more solid texture.

Then I made them MINI bite-size because sometimes you just want a little something delicious. ❤️

This is one of the things I’ve learned after maintaining a 100-pound weight loss:

**A lifestyle has to be something you actually want to LIVE.**

For me, low carb has never meant never enjoying food again. It’s learning how to make choices that support my metabolic health while still creating foods I genuinely enjoy.

I don’t need the traditional sugar-filled peanut butter cup when I can make something like THIS.

That’s the difference between another temporary diet and building a way of eating you can live with for years.

**Food can support your goals AND be fun.**

I melted one Keto Brick in the microwave for 1 minute at 50% and stirred it well.

I poured the liquid into molds.

I put them in the fridge a few hours until firm and popped them out to get the cute bars

Sure, you can eat a Keto Brick straight out of the wrapper…but isn’t it way more fun when it’s shaped like little pumpkins and cats? 🎃🐈‍⬛

Keto Brick is a high-fat, low-carb snack with a rich, dense texture that softens beautifully when gently melted, which makes it perfect for little molds like these. For this batch, I used the No Bake Cookie flavor and added a few warm fall spices.

1 Keto Brick, gently melted
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pumpkin spice
Splash of vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of pink salt

Melt the Keto Brick over very low heat, stir in the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt, then spoon into silicone molds. Refrigerate or freeze until completely firm.

Such an easy little fall treat—and honestly, the shapes make them so much more fun. 🎃
