-THE STATE OF THE SEASON-

Clark sits down with Dan Bissell, winemaker at Keuka Spring Vineyards in the heart of The Finger Lakes to discuss the current season, and the long term effects of prior ones.

Collaboration between both of their teams is constantly evolving, as Mother Nature seldom repeats herself.

This series will give you a glance at what goes on behind the scenes & before the cork with some of your favorite wines!

Be sure to follow along, we can't wait to show you the lengths we go to in ensuring every glass brings you straight back to our beautiful lakes.

The results are in... 🍾

1 Platinum Best of Class.
12 Gold Medals.

A stunning showing at the 2026 New York Wine Classic, and a hearty thank you to our team for making it happen! To Dan and the production crew, who lived through every cold night, long press day, and meticulous bench trial to get these wines right. To the growers who care for this land carefully and consciously, long before harvest starts and long after it ends. To everyone in the tasting room who tells these stories, bottle after bottle, guest after guest. Thirteen medals is a whole lot of people doing careful work for a very long time.

And to our guests and Wine Club members: you’re the heart of this. You pull the cork and share your love of Keuka Spring Vineyards with family and friends. This win is yours as much as ours. 🥂

Thank you to @newyorkwines for bringing our state’s producers together for 40 years running!

🌱 From the Vineyard 🌱

Fruit set is underway across the estate. These photos from our Vista Ridge Vineyards show that the delicate blooms from June have given way to clusters of small, hard green berries that will continue to ripen through to harvest.

Right now, our vineyard team is deep in the careful work of canopy management: pulling leaves in just the right spots to let dappled light reach the fruit without exposing it to scorching sun, while trimming back excess shoot growth so the vine’s energy goes where it matters: into the clusters themselves, not the leaves around them.
It’s a balancing act repeated vine by vine, row by row.

Every decision made out here now is in service of what ends up in your glass. No two vintages look the same. by @keukaspringvineyards

Our first ever Sauvignon Blanc has arrived 🥂

Dan Bissell walks us through what makes this release so special. Fruit for this wine was harvested in early October 2025 from our historic Nutt Road Vineyards.

Electric acidity, passionfruit, a savory edge, and crushed wet stone. This wine was built for sipping lakeside. Gather your crew and be among the first to taste it 🥂 by @keukaspringvineyards
