Your breath is the ultimate vessel for transformation. You could be future tripping two years down the road and take one breath and come right back to where your’re feet are and back into the present moment moment where you belong! If you can learn how to breathe the right way, you can learn how to think the right way, and if you can learn to think the right way, you can learn to live the right way. My mantra over the last 10 years has been “My breath can get me through anything.” And guess what? It’s worked every single time so far because I’m still here breathing 😮‍💨 The tools only work if you use them and God gave you one gift that gives you life…. THE BREATH✌🏼💚 #Breathe #JustBreathe #LoveYourselfCollective #Meditation #Breathwork #Yoga by @kevalawear
