The 3 lessons of the day:

-I belong now to the old folks
-The new generation of grapplers is amazing
-If I'm right and the ref is wrong I'll keep going, we can talk afterwards

3rd of three. Nothing to brag about and we don't lie on social media. Was a tough bracket and we came to fight. I'm happy with my perfomance but it wasn't enough, maybe next time.

At the end of my vacation I had the chance to finally visit @flowingartsacademy . Without a doubt one of austrias finest gyms. Every cm² of this gym is build with thought and purpose. All the classes and its structures are planned with reason and a system. With a great team of coaches it was a fun stay and I felt very welcome. I was able to get in some tough rolls and new insights about the how's and why's of the sport.

It was a pleasure!!!! If you travel to Sao Paulo to train then this is the place to go. I spent two weeks @gil_gabas @checkmat_aracatuba . They treated me like a family from day one, I'm very thankfull to train with these warriors. They have young hungry upcoming champions and oldschool og bjj/vale tudo fighters. Two of the toughest weeks in years. There nothing is given and everything is earned. Thanks to my brother @luibracop_mundo_pequeno for bringing me there 🤙🏾 Oss

Now 10 years plus a few months of sweat, grind, injuries, tons of setbacks, wins and doubts. Tonight I was awarded with the brown belt. A tough belt to live up to but I'll do my best. Nothing is taken easyor lightly given in this sport. Thanks to my coach @georgschober and all my training partner especially @lukas_maxa who is with me on this journey for nearly 10 years. This is a team effort.

I spent the last week in Rovinj, though a vacation isn't a vacation without some training. So I found @grapplingcollective . Great gym, very welcoming team and well structured classes. Thanks for having me 🤘🏾
