TSA stopped me again!

3 weeks in a row now!

The thought of what did I put in there this time. Did our son drop something in there? Did I?

Nope- just a Bible filled with Holy Spirit power.

When I told the agent about my last three weeks she said. I love it. Whenever I am scared or stressed I get mine out and just pray.

Tell him he’s handsome.
Touch his arm while he’s driving.
Hold his hand.
Sneak a kiss at the stoplight.
Let him catch you staring.

Your husband doesn’t just want to feel respected… he wants to feel desired.

Marriage stays fun when we keep choosing each other in the little moments:

a compliment instead of criticism,
a playful touch instead of passing by,
a little flirting instead of assuming they already know.

Don’t stop dating the person you promised forever to.

The spark doesn’t stay alive by accident… sometimes you have to be the one who strikes the match. 😉🤍

Choose gratitude.
Every single day. 🤍

Years ago, I learned that life can bring some very heavy seasons.

You know the kind.

During one of mine, I was walking through a dark, destructive season—the consequences of our own choices.

And even though I was trying everything I could to change my circumstances, I felt defeated more days than not.

I was angry.
I was confused.

But God never changed.

And that’s what I was learning.

Friend:

He loves you.
He cares for you.
He created you and designed you with purpose for such a time as this.

So whether you’re in a dark season
or standing on the highest high,
don’t forget to choose gratitude.

Not everything will unfold the way you planned,
but God is still good.

Trials are somethin… but so are the testimonies that come out of them.

Today I’m reminded how the God we serve is SO FUN!

He continues to move in the mightiest ways.

He leads and loves.
He redeems and restores.

I get it.

You put in the work, you read the books, even commit to pray daily that things will be different.

And then nothing happens, from your perspective.

Your spouse continues down the same, worn path of complacency, and you want to give up.

And yes, it’s tempting.

But what you don’t know is that God is doing something behind the scenes.
God is working, he’s moving, he sees you and he’s not in a hurry.
He has perfect timing and even when your spouse or your friends or family don’t see it, you get to remind yourself that god sees, and He cares.

He’s not asking you to fix everything.
He’s asking you to show up.
Again and again.
To trust in Him, and not what you see.

When you want change in your marriage, and don’t see it, don’t give up.

Don’t let what you see in the natural inhibit your supernatural growth.

Baby steps become a long, beautiful path along the road, if you walk toward the right goal.
