Discipline in culture used to oppose

An effort of their own greed & fame
Taking orders from aliens to our perspective
Foreign allies found near in retrospective

White Rim: a love letter to Type II fun.
100 miles. 9L of water (which disappeared faster than my calories).
Bags breaking every 10 miles like they were contractually obligated to.
@dakota.dwyer.3 and I offering our stomachs to the gods of heat exhaustion.
@brianchorski, steady as ever, with a singular baguette he carried like a prized relic —
until half of it vanished into the desert like a carb-based offering.

We rode until vertigo felt like clarity, slept on the side of the road
like stray dogs in a Steinbeck novel, and lived off tuna and instant rice
with the dignity of feral kings.

Dust in every pore. Joy in every beautiful mile of gravel hell.
A trip where surviving was the living.
12/10 would die out there again.

Next time I’ll bring more electrolytes and a full suspension.

Shots from a bike camping trip last week. It was my first unsupported bike packing trip, heading 280 miles from Jackson WY to Salt Lake City over the course of 3 days. The days were filled of many quick snacks, gas station stops, river dips, and some beautiful divide mountain passes I feel like I would have otherwise never seen in this part of the country.

What wasn’t long 50 mile stretches of gravel would become long canyon routes with no shoulders, definitely a great way to feel an adrenaline rush.

It’s been a wild ride to be a part of the process of working with sustainable materials with the super rad B Corp @wndr_alpine.

Turning algae into truly sustainable skis and boards while pushing the boundary of possibilities. Humbled to get the opportunity to capture and join the journey.

Just got back from a couple days up in the Wasatch with some of the best folks around. Felt good to bivy out, play some cards, and be above the smoke from the local wildfires.

Dessert camps in Utah can’t be beat ✌🏽

Also I haven’t been able to post as much or be as active just due to being busy with life stuff (I’m sure much like most of you), but I want to make an effort to post more about the trips, non trips, design, and other aspects of life that have been going on that I haven’t been sharing. Just wanted to share some of my favorite shots documenting the rad people that make up the @wndr_alpine community during the WNDR ROOST Event.

Consisting of dreamers, innovators, athletes, Jerry’s, engineers, customers, but mainly individuals that promote true meaning of community while gettin high. Stoked to have gotten to be a part of this.
