What happens when you put five Austin neighborhoods in the same room? Apparently, nobody can get along.

Westlake is judging everyone, Downtown needs a valet, Lakeway just wants to get on the boat, Round Rock has soccer practice, and Leander won’t stop talking about builder incentives.

Honestly, pretty accurate if you ask me.

Which neighborhood did I nail, and which one should make an appearance in Episode 2?

Another episode of touring homes that make me question why I don’t live here already.
And this one might be my favorite yet.
Located in the heart of Allandale, this stunning 2026 custom build brings modern luxury to one of Austin’s most established neighborhoods.
📍 2502 Green Lawn Parkway | Austin, TX
5 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms | 3,033 Sq Ft
2026 Custom Build
Offered at $2,099,900
All jokes aside, this is a seriously beautiful home, and it could be yours.
If you’re looking for something special in Austin, let’s make it happen.
And if you buy this one, I better get invited to the housewarming.

Fusion or confusion? Either way, these were unreal.

On today’s Cooking with Kevin, I made cheeseburger egg rolls with lean ground beef, melted cheese, pickles, and homemade In-N-Out sauce for dipping.

Air fried, packed with protein, and honestly way better than I expected.

Definitely adding these to the rotation.

Would you try these?

CHEESEBURGER EGG ROLLS RECIPE
Makes 15 egg rolls

Ingredients:

* 2 lbs lean ground beef (96/4)
* 15 egg roll wrappers
* 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
* ⅔ cup diced onion
* ⅔ cup chopped dill pickles
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* 4 tsp yellow mustard
* 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Brown ground beef with onions and seasonings until fully cooked.
2. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheese and pickles.
4. Add filling to each egg roll wrapper, fold tightly, and seal edges with water.
5. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
6. Air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

HOMEMADE IN-N-OUT SAUCE

* ⅓ cup mayo
* 2 tbsp ketchup
* 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
* ½ tsp yellow mustard
* ½ tsp white vinegar
* ¼ tsp sugar
* Pinch of salt

Mix everything together and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Fall in Texas just hits different. 🎃

If you’re looking for something fun to do with the family this season, Texas Pumpkin Fest in Leander needs to be on your list!

Pumpkins, fall activities, and plenty of reasons to get outside and enjoy this time of year.

One of my favorite things about living in the Austin area is finding places like this that make it feel like home.

Have you been to Texas Pumpkin Fest yet, or is it on your fall bucket list?

I’ve always believed the kitchen is one of the most important spaces in a home.

It’s where conversations happen, memories are made, and somehow everyone ends up gathering, no matter how big the house is.

And when it comes to buying a home, I think a great kitchen can make all the difference.

Some people want a massive island, some want a chef’s kitchen, and others just want a space that feels warm and inviting.

So I’m curious.. Could an incredible kitchen convince you to buy a home, or is there another room that matters more?

Let me know in the comments.
