Luke Grimes knows what you’re thinking after that Marshals season 1 cliffhanger. And much like the last time someone took Tate (Brecken Merrill), Grimes says viewers can expect an action-packed season 2 premiere.

There will be one major change coming: Kayce’s actually heading to the bar with his team!

"He’s hanging out with everybody a little more. He’s going to the bar a little more," @lukegrimes tells EW. Because with a son on the verge of turning 18, Grimes reveals that Kayce "starts to get a glimpse of his future and what he’s seeing seems very lonely. He’s gonna have to start seeking community somewhere. He starts to try to invest in his relationships with his teammates, and I think it gets him out of his shell in a good way."

Scroll through for an exclusive sneak peek, and visit the link in @entertainmentweekly's bio for more ahead of the show's return on Oct. 4.

My whole life I struggled with body image issues. I have always been confident in my abilities but when it came to my body I have always done my best to stay fit but never felt muscular enough or sexy for lack of better terms. Recently I have become more and more accepting of my flaws and seeing my body for the blessing that it is. Some people may have an issue with me posting these photos. They will call it a thirst trap or question a man of my age posting these types of photos. They may call it cringe. I don't care. I finally feel confident and comfortable in my own skin and I believe these shots are beautiful. So say what you will but this is for me.
