I did my first solo HYROX Open in Geneva… purely on talent! 🤣💪 1:25:06 🤷🏻‍♂️
Translation: ZERO specific preparation for this race, just like every time I sign up for a Spartan Race or HYROX 🙄
Maybe one day I should actually start training seriously and properly prepare for a race… Just to see what I’m really capable of with some real training!
Luckily, I had the best support crew cheering me on: @lilianaexplore & co 👯❤️

360 precisions aren’t really my strong point yet 😅

I definitely need to practice more, work on my technique, and get more consistent 💪🔥

Still a work in progress

My ankle is still injured, so I’m doing my best to keep training without putting too much impact on it. Even a good landing is still pretty painful 😣

Time to rebuild, get my ankle strong again, and come back stronger 💪🔥

Couldn’t do as much as I wanted in Belgium 🇧🇪🥲

My left ankle is still injured, so every landing and takeoff was pretty painful and I had almost no power… 😖

Still managed to get a few things done though!
Not 100%, but we keep moving.
