Journaling Changed My Life !
I started journaling every single day in September of 2020. Four years later, I now have 1,200+ days of my life inside of 8 books 📚. I journal & write about daily activities, the people l’ve met, goals, hilarious stories, everything! With pictures, stories, & messages/lessons l’ve learned along the way.

I’ve added 2023 to my collection now!
They are in 3 books: Search, Discovery, & Recovery.

These books are a Chain Collection of my memories, each day linked to the next and to the one prior. 🔗

It’s dope having these Bc It can be superrrr nostalgic, reading pages I wrote years ago feels like I teleported back into that exact same moment. 🔮

I find journaling to be very fulfilling, and an exciting way to find gratitude. Soon I’ll have 100+ books of everyday of my life to share with my future kids/family 💫💜 by @kevreal
