We hired an AI agency to fix our MTR operations.

It didn't work.

Not because the AI was bad, because they didn't understand our business.

At the time: $1M in revenue, year two of KeyFlex Ventures. Six VAs. Five disconnected tools. Still the bottleneck every day.

The agency knew AI. They didn't know about MTR.
