Well… Ann is probably in perimenopause now. 😂👑
And there’s a good chance nobody taught her what to expect either.

Hot flushes aren’t the whole story. Sleep changes, brain fog, anxiety, mood, energy, periods, skin, hair — perimenopause can show up in ways we were never taught about in school.

So Ren is taking us back to class. ✏️

BIG NEWS: We’ve entered The Queenage Era👑

It all started with Periods. Now Perimenopause has entered the chat 📞

Our bodies changed. Our priorities changed. And somewhere along the way, we realised the conversation needed to change too.

Because this isn’t the beginning of the end.

It’s the beginning of our Queenage.

The age where we know more.
We say NO more.
We ask more questions.
We protect our peace.
We support our bodies and friends.
We care a lot less about what everyone else thinks of us.
And we’re definitely not disappearing quietly into the background.

We’re now calling ourselves Queenagers — and if you’re somewhere in this brilliant, messy, funny, frustrating, liberating stage of life, you’re one of us.

Key is growing up with us too. Our new website, our new look and everything we’re building next is about supporting women through every stage — and helping us feel good about the years ahead, not fear them.
