23 July: Indonesia’s Minister of Law sends the President a proposal for limited dual citizenship. Nomination by a ministry, case by case.

Nobody can say it would have covered him. As of 24 August, the bill had not reached parliament.

Arsenal won the xG. They lost 3-0.

Brighton 3-0 Arsenal at the Amex. Arsenal came in on seven wins from seven and created the better chances, 1.58 expected goals to 1.33. Brighton won anyway, and it wasn’t luck.
