It's National Esthetician Day! 🤎🧴

I've been wanting to do more with skincare education, and I'm excited to finally introduce my new series, SKIN SCHOOL! 🏫

One thing I've noticed is how easy it is to get overwhelmed by skincare. One person recommends this, another says never to use it, and somehow you're left with a cabinet full of products and no idea what's actually working. 😂

I want to help make some of that information easier to understand, especially when it comes to corrective skincare such as acne or hyperpigmentation, ingredients, and caring for melanin-rich skin.

And I want this to be a conversation, not just me talking at you every week.

Happy National Esthetician Day to all my fellow esthies! 🤎🧴✨

A special shout-out to the people who spend their days helping others feel more confident in their skin while somehow being the skincare expert, customer service representative, content creator, receptionist, inventory manager, cleaner, accountant AND marketing department. 😭😂

Especially the solo estheticians doing all of the above themselves!

We're out here treating skin, answering DMs, filming content, restocking products, investing in our education, learning new techniques, and trying to remember what we walked into the room for. 💀😂

Whether you're working in a spa, a clinic, a salon, or building something of your own in your treatment room, take a moment to appreciate how far you've come.

And to the estheticians who are still learning, still growing, and still figuring it all out as they go... you're included, too! 🤎

Because behind all the treatments, the long days, and the many hats we wear, there's something we genuinely love about what we do.

This is the ONLY person, aside from my mom, who can bring me out of nail tech retirement. 😂😅 I LOVE getting to pamper my grandma like this! 🥰 She honestly deserves all of the happiness in the world. 💕 I'm so grateful to have a blessed woman like her in my life. 🙏🏾

Me in Mexico: 💃🏽🏊🏾‍♀️ ⛱️ 🌴🍹😂

I really went on a solo vacation and had absolutely no problem finding things to do. Between the pool, restaurants, classes, activities and everything else at @hyattvividcancun, I barely needed to leave the resort. 🙌🏾

10/10 highly recommend, would ABSOLUTELY do it again. 🇲🇽✈️
