Did you know?

We are currently funding Double Closes for wholesalers or investors needing transactional funding!

Why would you need to double close anyways?

1) You have a contract that is NOT assignable. This is common with real estate agents, bank owned properties, or government owned properties.

2) You do not want to assign to contract to maximize your fee. Mitigate your chances of the seller or buyer getting cold feet by seeing your fee on the final HUD!

3)You are NOT allowed to assign a contract because of local or state laws.

Meet The Founder!

Hi, I'm Eddie Pietschmann. I founded Key Partners Funding to be a resource to help fix and flippers and investors close on properties faster, easier, and scale quicker by using our capital.

Having been a part of over 100+ wholesale transactions, there have been countless times funding has caused unwanted stress and delays at the closing table. Because of this, we have created products to streamline the process as much as possible!

My experience as a wholesaler, fix and flipper, and real estate agent dealing with investment properties allows me to see potential issues before they arise, so that we can ensure a smooth transaction together.
