We had a wonderful time celebrating the ribbon cutting of Parkwood Village, a development by @blankslatecdm bringing new life to historic properties in Baltimore.

It was an honor to hear from Mayor Brandon Scott @mayorbmscott and other community leaders and professionals who came together to celebrate this milestone and the continued investment in Baltimore’s neighborhoods.

A special moment from The Oriaku Summer Social 💙🔑

What started as a celebration of our growing family and new beginnings also became an opportunity to share another new beginning that means so much to me: Keys By Odera @keysbyodera .

As a licensed Mortgage Broker & certified Financial Educator, I started Keys By Odera to help families, professionals, business owners, and real estate investors make informed decisions about homeownership, mortgage financing, and real estate through education and strategy.

It was also important for us to recognize some of the people who played a special role in our own homeownership journey. Dr. Chukwuma Okeke (@the_realestatedoc), the Realtor who helped us find the home where we celebrated that day, and Dr. Billy Okoye (@realtorbillyokoye @sold100realestate), our Solar Consultant, who helped us transition our home to solar energy. They are doing incredible work to remove barriers to care, strengthen families, and create more inclusive communities where every individual is seen, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
