I know interest rates are high. And yes, that monthly payment might look a little uncomfortable right now.

But guess what? You may have options.

In certain situations, we can negotiate a seller credit and use those funds to help buy down your interest rate, potentially lowering your monthly payment.

Another option could be a 2-1 buydown, which can give you a reduced interest rate for the first two years while you gradually grow into your full monthly payment.

The key is this: don’t assume you can’t afford to buy just because you saw today’s interest rate.

There are different strategies and programs available depending on your situation — but we can’t explore them until you take that first step.
