New here? Let’s fix that 🎉

I’m Reyna, a San Diego real estate advisor. But before all that, I spent almost 10 years in real estate operations, learning the industry inside and out. Now I get to do what I love most: helping people find their way home across San Diego County, Temecula & even secondary homes in Puerto Vallarta,MX.

When I’m not showing homes, you’ll probably find me at FIT Athletic, in a reformer Pilates class, or spending time with my family. My grandparents especially hold a huge place in my heart.

A couple months ago I co-created the La Jolla Walking Club because I wanted more community here, and it’s been one of my favorite things I’ve built.

Escrow is the period between an accepted offer and closing, when important parts of the transaction are completed.

Many transactions are around 30 days, but the timeline can vary depending on the contract and circumstances.
