1548 Buckridge Way is SOLD! 🏡🤍

I have to tell you a little about these two.

Alex + Amanda are first-time homebuyers, and Alex might just be one of the most prepared buyers I’ve ever worked with. He understood his numbers, knew what he was comfortable with, and had really taken the time to understand what buying a home would look like for them.

And because he had done that work upfront, he was able to lean into the process, ask questions, take guidance, and make decisions with confidence. No pressure, no rushing into something just because it was available. They knew what they wanted and were ready when the right opportunity came along.

And now they’re homeowners in their ideal neighborhood, just five minutes from where they already live! 🥹

I think there’s a really important takeaway here, especially in today’s market. There is opportunity for buyers right now, and being prepared is what puts you in a position to take advantage of it.

Six years in the making. 🤍

I sold Liz’s house six years ago, and we’ve been looking for her perfect forever home ever since.

It definitely didn’t happen overnight. Over the years, we stayed in touch, kept looking, and I always knew that eventually we’d find the right one for her.

And today was finally that day. 🥹

The sweetest little blue cottage in her absolute favorite neighborhood. I really couldn’t have imagined a more perfect ending to this story.

These are the moments that make me love what I do so much. The relationships that last long after a sale, the years of staying connected, and getting to celebrate something this special together.

Liz, I couldn’t be happier for you. Some things are just worth waiting for.

There’s really nothing more powerful than a recommendation from someone you trust. 🤍

I met Jacob + Amelia the same day we wrote an offer together. Things moved quickly, but when someone you trust says, “This is the person you should call,” you’re not really starting from square one.

I never take it lightly when someone who trusts me, trusts me with their people. Especially first-time buyers — I love getting to be in their corner, helping them feel confident and making sure they’re well represented through such a big first.

And now these two are officially homeowners. 🥹
