Oh wow what's happening? It's a Sugar + Spice takeover featuring Neon Pumps! Saturday 25th July at the Jam Jar.

The Terrain residents are taking a month off for Summer festival season. So we've invited the Sugar + Spice crew to take over the decks.

Expect a new twist on the "Bangers Without Borders" sound, with special guest Neon Pumps playing a global rave set of 140-180bpm speed dembow, baile funk and hopefully a few genres you've never heard before!

The Sugar + Spice crew - DJKez, DJ S'il Vous Plait, Synthia & DJ Costa will be spinninh reggaeton, dancehall and possibly throwing in a bit of their trademark bassline and garage too.

Head on down to the Headfirst website to secure your place - this will be a hot one!

So, I need to do one of the biggest thank yous to my OG wife @riesh_tafari_ukjheeze . This absolute icon of a woman. I cannot thank you enough for the effort and the lengths you went to, to make me feel special over the hen do and wedding. I couldn’t have imagined not having you there and with me by my side throughout the whole ordeal! You’re the most selfless person, and always give your all to everything you do. Thank you for dealing with my ridiculousness, and I hope you enjoyed the experience too hahahah. Love you long time mrs ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @keziahwallis

So I just wanted to do a little post to say a big thank you to the people who helped my dress dreams come true. From trying it on in the shop at @justforyoubridal and knowing immediately it was the one, to the many fittings at @lenkasseamestressshop .

@justforyoubridal heard me. They listened to what I wanted and came out with dresses that fitted my ideas perfectly. I can’t thank them enough, Pandora and Sam. They’re amazing, and I wish I needed more dresses just so that I could go and hang out with them! They even went to great lengths to help me try and find the perfect under skirt. I cannot thank them enough.

@lenkasseamestressshop , I’m so impressed with her talent. She made the dress fit me like a glove and even when something didn’t quite sit right, she made it her mission to make it work. Thank you so much for all your efforts and hard work in helping me create my perfect dress.

Also to say a big thank you to my mum who was there every step of the way and grandma who helped me, and also my girls who helped me choose and came with me to fittings. 💜💜 by @keziahwallis

Mr & Mrs Cirant-Taljaard 💍
28/11/2025

“If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you.”
Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind.
“Pooh?” he whispered. “Yes, Piglet?”
“Nothing,” said Piglet, taking Pooh’s hand.
“I just wanted to be sure of you.”
“We’ll be Friends Forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet.
“Even longer,” Pooh answered. “If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not together… there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart… I’ll always be with you.”
