Politics got you down? Are you waiting for the revolution? Are you looking at Mamdani with longing? Our political system needs change. The status quo is making us miserable. Kind of like gender norms. And like gender norms, we have internalized a lot of ideas about politics that block us from seizing the full capacity of our power and imagination. So let's queer politics with a drag show and dance party! Featuring: @kezvr, @eros.asteria, @mr_dallas_ryder, & @bolotieline Join in the queer fun by dressing up in "politician realness" and enter our "vote off" to win prizes! Politics makes us miserable, let's queer it up through a drag show & dance! Come prepared to buy merch, play carnival games, and raise funds for David Alton's Mayoral campaign! This is a fundraiser for David Alton's Mayoral campaign. The entrance is off of Duke Street. REGISTRATION LINK IN BIO Photo: @bangishimo #onpoli #waterloo #queer #politics #mayor by @kezvr
