From firey pilates burns and relaxing yoga flows to nourishing food, recovery afternoons and spa treatments. Every day was the perfect balance of movement, relaxation and switching off.

The most dreamy rooms at @hotelsages , plenty of vitamin D by the pool, loads of laughter and the most incredible group of girls. The connections made were honestly one of the most special parts 🤍
