The one where Max drives himself to school and my baby goes to junior high. 💜😭

The best and worst part is watching them grow up.

Easy? Negative.
Worth it? Absolutely.
No one I’d rather life with, laugh with, fight with, vacation with, allll the things with.

Last workout before the big 45💪
Listen I would be lying if I said THAT never got to me. Like really NEVER?!! I am a woman and we always want to stay young. It’s the truth. I promise even the ones that say “embrace getting old.” They have their days too!
Sounds better to embrace life.
If we are going in that direction of getting older we are blessed! 👏👏
Personal goals 👉I want to FEEL amazing at every age… even when I am 90. And well heck I am half way there 🫠
I think back to my immature self thinking I was “fat” at 21 🤦‍♀️and I kinda want to karate chop her in the throat. So im trying my best to make my 90 year old self proud of me for embracing the right now. With hard work put in of course.

Get in the gym ladies! Pick up those heavy weights. If you are tight, get untight. If you eat like crap, make a change. Of course it’s not that ‘easy”... but possible! And your 90 year old self WILL THANK YOU!! That is just a fact. 🫡🫰🙌
