Well we booked an epic ski vacation three months ago and now Colorado is experiencing the warmest and driest Thanksgiving week in recorded history. Shockingly still enjoyed some of the best ski condictions ever up the road in Keystone. taken in Brekenridge , Co by @kgscherer

I can’t believe that the boy who made me a mom is 20 years old today. Graham, it has been quite a journey for both of us, but the pride that your father and I feel for your accomplishments these last several months is immense. I am looking forward to seeing you shine on stage again this weekend. You have a gift, and you are a gift. Love you so much. Talk about an eventful Friday night for my boys! Graham escorted the beautiful Evie to her senior prom in Marina del Rey and then Gabriel and I scooted over to Inglewood where he enjoyed his first ever concert in a VIP box. Hometown hero Kendrick Lamar and SZA put on one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, and Gabriel loved every minute of it. My luggage made it to Morocco! We had a slow start as a result, but found a local driver who took us into the Rift mountains to the blue city of Chefchaouen, a beautiful and surreall place. We also had fascinating conversations with our new friend who was born and raised in Tangier. Great day. taken in Chefchaouen, Morocco by @kgscherer

Honestly this has not been the smoothest trip so far. The second leg of our trip from New York City to Madrid was delayed and as a result, we missed our connecting flight to Tangier. We were put up in an airport hotel in Madrid, which was fine, but not ideal. Finally made it to Tangier today, but my luggage did not. Really hoping it will arrive tomorrow, (say a prayer please) but we will have to go back to the airport tomorrow so plans must accommodate… The good news is we did have an amazing afternoon in this beautiful city. I have traveled a fair bit in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar so have no illusions regarding the challenges African cities present, however this is one of the most gorgeous, immaculately clean cities I have ever visited in Africa or anywhere else. taken in Tangier, Morocco by @kgscherer
