W32 ⚡ Final Tune-Up | 12.72 KM

One final run. One last chapter before the journey begins.

Weeks of hard work, countless miles, and a dream that is now just days away.

Tomorrow, Insha’Allah, I leave Riyadh for Málaga, carrying every lesson, every challenge, and every bit of support along the way.

To everyone who ran beside me, encouraged me, and believed in me — Jazakum Allah Khayran. ❤️

A special thank you to my coach @coach.mo.run for the guidance, patience, and dedication throughout this journey. Every session had a purpose, and every step brought me closer to the goal.

And a very special shoutout to my running partner and brother on this journey, @ghassanm000 ❤️. Some miles are easier and some memories are greater simply because of the people beside you. Grateful for every mile we’ve shared, brother. ❤️

Now, it’s time to travel, trust the training, and embrace the challenge.

42.2 KM. One dream. One finish line. 🇪🇸🏁

I ran 20 minutes today. No pace. No goal.
Somewhere around minute 15, something shifted.
I didn’t run to escape my mind. I ran to return to it.
You don’t need 20. You only need 15.
What will your 15 minutes look like today?

Aerobic Threshold 14K at 4:28/km after 3K warm-up — controlled, strong, and right where I needed to be. The work is getting faster, the body is getting stronger, and Malaga is getting closer. 🇪🇸

33K. Solo.
Today was about more than the distance.
I ran alone to get used to the feeling of race day when it’s just me, the road, and the goal.
3 × 8K at marathon effort.
Tough, but another important step toward Málaga.
8 November 🇪🇸 @maratonmalaga
