Flatbush deserves more attention from Brooklyn townhouse buyers.

The architecture, character, and amount of house you can get here make it a neighborhood I think more buyers should have on their radar.

Homes in Kensington aren’t sitting right now.
I toured this with a client and we ended up going into contract in about two weeks.
What stood out to me:�– Private parking + backyard�– Radiant heated kitchen floors�– EPDM roof (lasts ~30 years — even the inspector was impressed)
This is why more buyers are starting to explore Kensington.
