😭 I still can’t believe I’m typing this…

What started as a bet in my house has somehow led to The Empanada Lady serving at @orioles from August 18 through August 23.

The other day I walked through the stadium with Tubbs, who’s been by my side since I first opened our restaurant doors, and Sheldon, my Chef, who helps bring our vision to life every single day. Looking around, I had one of those moments where everything hit me at once. This really started in my house… and now we’re here.

The first three games are against the @yankees , so if you’re headed to the stadium, grab your tickets, come find us, and let us feed you! 🧡⚾🥟

I also have to give a heartfelt thank you to @iwbmore for believing in small businesses like mine and helping create opportunities for entrepreneurs to step onto stages like this. Your support truly makes moments like this possible.

And to @khamdoart , thank you for being such an incredible cinematographer. Since the day we met, you’ve been instrumental in helping tell our story in a way that people can truly feel. You’ve captured moments I’ll treasure forever, and I’m so grateful to have you documenting this journey. 🎥🤎

I spent most of THE POOL running the event. No camera in hand. No time to document. Just logistics and trying to make sure everything flowed the way it was supposed to.

This photo is about as close as I got to stepping back and taking it in.

That changes Sunday. We have a dedicated camera person at The Cookout — and the documentation mission starts for real. Shout out to @khamdoart
