You can spend your whole life trying to make sure somebody isn’t upset with you, but that usually cost you everything. Save this for the next time you feel guilty for saying no. #mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #healingjourney #selfawareness #innerhealing by @khamiilove

You can’t keep asking for transformation while negotiating with every habit, belief, relationship and version of yourself that keeps you the same. Sometimes becoming who you’re meant to be means becoming unfamiliar—even to yourself#mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #healingjourney #personalgrowth by @khamiilove

Not everybody claps for you when you stop playing the role they got used to. Some of them just get quiet, and that quiet can trick you into thinking you did something wrong. Save this for the day their reaction almost talks you out of your own growth.🌻#mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #personalgrowth #healingjourney #innerhealing by @khamiilove

Easy kept me quiet, familiar and stuck in places I’d already outgrown. Which hard thing have you been avoiding? Tell me in the comments.#mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #personalgrowth #healingjourney #selfawareness by @khamiilove

Wanting to change your life is easy because it actually doesn’t require anything from you. Deciding requires action #mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #healingjourney #personalgrowth by @khamiilove

Communication is key in relationships where there is a healthy dynamic. But when someone is dysfunctional, try to find understanding until you can’t…and when you can’t…. Leave everything where it stands… Misunderstood🌻#mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #healingjourney #personalgrowth #selfawareness by @khamiilove

Somebody’s always gonna tell the story where you’re the bad guy — the ex, the family member, the friend you finally stopped chasing. I used to think I had to correct every version. Now I just let people have their story and keep mine. What ending are you still trying to explain yourself out of? Drop it in the comments.#mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #personalgrowth #healingjourney by @khamiilove

For years, I wore black because it asked nothing of me.
No questions. No attention. No one wondering who I thought I was.
I called it my style.
It was really my hiding place.

What you don’t see in this video is what it took to get here.
A version of me had to go. Dark clothes were never my style. They were where I hid. It cost me a whole version of myself to walk out the door like this, and I’d pay it again. #mindsetshift #selfdiscovery #healingjourney #personalgrowth #innerhealing by @khamiilove

Fear doesn’t have to disappear before you move. You can feel scared, uncertain, nervous, or uncomfortable and still take the next step. Confidence isn’t always the absence of fear — sometimes it’s remembering who you are while fear is sitting right beside you. You’ve done hard things scared before. You’ve made decisions scared before. You’ve started over, set boundaries, changed your life, and kept going even when you didn’t feel ready. Fear can ride in the passenger seat, but it does not get to drive.
