Send it to your coffee-obsessed friend. This right here is what has happened in one month. I have always loved coffee and have owned automatic coffee machines. But after owning a “proper” espresso machine, things have escalated so quickly and I am worried that there is no stopping in sight 😬#coffee #espresso #homebarista #coffeecorner by @khanthephd
Pour-over clarity in an espresso? 🤯 This @ikape_espresso basket tapers from a standard 54mm rim down to a 33mm base.  Here’s why it hits differently: • Double the puck depth: Forces water through a tall, narrow column instead of a wide, flat bed. • The grind shift: You’re forced to dial substantially coarser just to get it to flow. • Zero harshness: A coarser grind means far fewer micro-fines clogging the cup. • The flavor profile: You get the bright fruit notes and clean clarity of a dialed V60, packed into the syrupy body of real espresso even with an entry level machine like the sage barista express. Would you consider this as your permanent basket? #espresso #ikape #ikapeespresso #sage #sagebaristaexpress @sageappliancesuk by @khanthephd
Easiest latte art to practice 🫠🤎 A nice save in the end with thin milk 😬 #coffee #latteartgram #latteart @sageappliancesuk by @khanthephd
Triple flavour control in espresso ☕️ ⬇️ 1. Using a variable diameter basket forces you to grinder much coarser, you unlock the flavour profile 🫠 2. Using pre-infusion, the early-stage contact draws out delicate aromatic, sweet, and complex compounds while softening harsh acidity 😍 3. And extract chilling traps the volatile aromatics, boosts that sweetness and removes any left over bitterness 🤎 Worth it? 💯 it’s night and day difference! #espresso #coffee by @khanthephd
