This is the tragic incident that happened in Warren, Michigan, where a husband and father lost his life in a devastating accident while teaching his daughter how to parallel park.

We opened a GoFundMe to help this family through this heartbreaking time. Auntie was the one working and supporting the family, but right now, she should not have to worry about working while grieving this unimaginable loss.

Her daughter also just started working about two weeks ago, and she is a student. They are facing an incredibly difficult time emotionally and financially.

লাইফে শান্তি চান? তাহলে মানুষের সাথে কথা বলা একটু কমিয়ে দিন। দেখবেন, জীবনের অর্ধেক সমস্যা এমনিতেই কমে গেছে।

মানুষের প্রতি অযথা আগ্রহ কমিয়ে দিন। কে কী করছে, কে কী ভাবছে, কে আপনার সম্পর্কে কী বলছে এসব নিয়ে মাথা ঘামানো কমিয়ে দিন। দেখবেন, অনেক অপ্রয়োজনীয় কষ্ট আর মানসিক অশান্তি ধীরে ধীরে আপনার জীবন থেকে দূরে সরে যাচ্ছে।

মানুষের কাছে নিজেকে বারবার ব্যাখ্যা করা বন্ধ করুন। আপনি কী করেছেন, কেন করেছেন, আপনার উদ্দেশ্য কী ছিল সবকিছুর ব্যাখ্যা সবাইকে দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন নেই। যারা আপনাকে বুঝতে চায়, তারা আপনার নীরবতাও বুঝবে। আর যারা ভুল বুঝতে চায়, তাদের কাছে হাজারটা ব্যাখ্যাও যথেষ্ট হবে না।

কেউ আপনার কাছে উপদেশ না চাইলে আগ বাড়িয়ে উপদেশ দিতে যাবেন না। কারণ আপনি ভালো চেয়েই কিছু বললেও, সব মানুষ সেটা ভালোভাবে নেবে এমনটা নয়। কখনো কখনো চুপ থাকাটাই সবচেয়ে সুন্দর উপকার।

সবার সব কথায় রিঅ্যাক্ট করা বন্ধ করুন। কেউ কিছু বললেই উত্তর দিতে হবে, কেউ আপনাকে ভুল বুঝলেই নিজেকে প্রমাণ করতে হবে এমন কোনো নিয়ম নেই। কিছু কথাকে উপেক্ষা করতে শিখুন। কিছু মানুষকে উত্তর না দিয়েও জবাব দেওয়া যায়।

সবাইকে খুশি করার চেষ্টা করবেন না। কারণ আপনি যতই ভালো কিছু করুন না কেন, কারও না কারও কাছে আপনি ভুল হবেনই। তাই মানুষের সন্তুষ্টির চেয়ে নিজের মানসিক শান্তিকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দিন।

কারও আচরণ বদলে গেলে তার পেছনে কারণ খুঁজতে যাবেন না। কেউ দূরে সরে গেলে জোর করে ধরে রাখবেন না। কেউ কথা বলতে না চাইলে বারবার দরজা খুলতে যাবেন না। মানুষকে তার নিজের মতো থাকতে দিন, আর নিজেকেও নিজের মতো বাঁচতে দিন।

মোট কথা হলো মানুষের প্রতি আপনার অযথা ইন্টারেস্ট যত কমবে, নিজের জীবন, নিজের কাজ, নিজের শান্তি আর নিজের উন্নতির প্রতি আপনার মনোযোগ তত বাড়বে।
