Tick Update: 🖤As promised here’s it is. Life has been busy and now I’m 5.5 weeks in and up to 28 pills a day! My Lyme specialist had to postpone my appointment, but did look over my labs. Kidneys and liver are handing the protocol well so I will continue on! I did do the reneedling again in Tulsa with Ginger, an could tell almost immediately that the inflammation in my throat was less. From what I have learned, tick borne illnesses cause a tremendous amount of inflammation. I have still avoid red meat to play it safe. I will eventually eat steak again but for the mean time, I’ll survive on ostrich and fish and some dirty chicken. 🤣 🖤If you are suffering from chronic inflammation, or autoimmune disease, I encourage you to look into Ginger Spencer and see if her treatment could help you. She doesn’t just treat tick bite issues. 🖤Still fatigued most days but other symptoms are getting less and less . #fuckthemticks #openbook Just another picture of my cute baby. by @kharris_05

Tick Bite Update 🦠 As promised, here I am almost 2 weeks into this protocol on this little journey of healing. Approximately 322 pills down the hatch… plus the liquid meds. And I can now officially confirm: I do not like taking pills. 🤣 This may also be the longest I’ve ever stuck with something without throwing in the towel, so there’s that. Everyone keeps asking if I can tell a difference yet, and right now the answer is… not really. I do think I’m having less migrating joint pain, so I’m counting that as a win. The not-so-fun side effects have been extreme fatigue, low blood pressure, a high heart rate, and some weird dreams. At least I’m being entertained while sleeping. But I’m just going to channel my inner Dory and just keep swimming… and give my body a little credit. It’s not every day it’s trying to fight off a blood parasite. 🦠 I was going to add a picture of my pill assembly line but instead I’ll share this one of my baby boy and I twinning. by @kharris_05
