🎷🌎 What a Wonderful World | Live Saxophone at Cheyney University’s 2026 Homecoming! 👑

Had the honor of performing “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong during Cheyney University’s 2026 Homecoming celebration in Pennsylvania!

Such a beautiful moment celebrating HBCU excellence, honoring outstanding achievements, and witnessing the crowning of the 2026 Homecoming King and Queen! ❤️💙

There’s something special about bringing people together through live music, and this timeless jazz classic felt like the perfect soundtrack for the occasion.

Thank you, Cheyney University, for allowing me to be part of your Homecoming celebration! 🎶

“Take Me to the King” before the ceremony began. 🎷

There’s something special about playing during the prelude while everyone is settling in and the room is slowly preparing for such a big moment.

One of my favorite gospel songs to play at weddings.

Live wedding saxophone • ceremony prelude music • gospel saxophone

I’m excited to share that on September 12th, I’ll be performing at the historic Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware in support of Communities In Schools! 🎷✨

This will be my first time performing at The Grand, and I’ll have the honor of opening the stage for the evening.

More importantly, this is a fundraiser night supporting Communities In Schools and the work they do for students and families in our community. Up to 50% of your ticket purchase may be tax-deductible, making it a night where you can enjoy a great event while supporting an important cause.

📍 The Grand Opera House — Wilmington, DE
📅 September 12th
🎟️ Tickets are available through The Grand Opera House website

I’d love to see some familiar faces in the room as I step onto this stage for the first time. Come enjoy the night, support the community, and help us make an impact. ❤️🎷 taken in The Grand Opera House, Wilmington DE by @khaydenarts
