BEHOLDER’S EYE 👁️ In Beholder’s Eye Karlijn Hu Chuan Roest shares her personal journey of being adopted and explores the coexistence of contrasting experiences and invites the audience into a world of constant shifts. Shifting perspectives and interpretations. How do you cope with the feeling that your internal truth doesn’t align with the external perceptions? How do you find a sense of belonging if you have the feeling you don’t belong anywhere? What happens when you feel stuck by choices others made for you in which you didn’t have a say? You are welcome to look, search, experience and transform. Part of One Night’s Dance, the annual talent development trajectory by @dansateliers in collaboration with @lloydscompany Performed from 5-8 Dec and 12-15 Dec 2024.
