Apparently turning 43 means my morning routine now includes skincare, supplements, fans and vibrating my entire body before I’m ready to deal with people. 😂

Perimenopause really said, “Let’s keep things interesting.” 🫠

Just out here doing whatever it takes to feel like myself, keep my energy up and convince these hormones we are, in fact, on the same team. 😂

but every time an opportunity comes up, fear talks you right back out of it.

“What if I fail?”

“What if I waste my money?”

6 days on a cruise.
Carbs. Desserts. Drinks. Late-night food. Zero tracking. 😂
And I came home 0.4 lbs lighter.
124.6 ➝ 124.2
So no, I’m not interested in going back to the version of “healthy” that meant obsessing over every bite and ruining vacations over the scale.
I stayed consistent with my routine.
I enjoyed the food.
I lived my damn life.

Cruising looks a lot different lately.

Same two people. Same love. Same goofy smiles… but DAMN, we look a whole lot different. 😂🔥

It’s crazy what can change in just one year, inside and out. A year of growth, adventures, memories, and becoming different versions of ourselves while still doing life side by side. 🫶🏼
