El antes y después del año 💪🏻😤 Gracias a mi Dios por ayudarme a ver lo insano (poco saludable) que estaba. Aparte de mejor salud física, este viaje, me ah enseñado mejor salud mental. Me ah enseñado que debo de quererme yo mismo más que nadie. Yo tenía la idea que así estaría para siempre 🐷 hasta me inventaba excusas en la cabeza como “así soy y me tengo que querer así” pero no me daba cuenta que estar así era la manera más pobre de quererme. Pero gracias a dios pude aprender a quererme y así aprendí a querer mejor a mi gente, y a darnos una mejor versión de mí mismo, a mi y a ellos porque lo merecemos. Quiero empujar a todos mis seguidores a que aprendan a quererse y tomar mejores decisiones para su salud. porque se lo merecen, porque sus seres queridos lo merecen.
