Long Post Alert! Chemistry 🧪 hit 133,282 streams today!!!! 🥰🎶❤️🔥

Where do I begin? I’ll start with the amazing Chris Kelly who produced this track. It was the last track that I got from him to be on the Naked album. We never got a chance to record it before he passed. I was working on the other songs and hadn’t written Chemistry yet. Then, the pandemic happened. Last, he unfortunately passed before hearing what I wrote to his music. I wish he could have heard this. He would have loved it and would’ve had something funny to say. When I wrote “I’ll be”, he absolutely loved it. It resonated with him. That didn’t stop him from calling me Jodeci in the studio when I was doing the background harmonies nor did it stop him from saying, “You must be seeing somebody!” because of the lyrics. Lol

I am honored to have hit this milestone not only with his track but also with my bomb @ss Sax 🎷 playing cousin, Jared Thompson who didn’t hesitate when I asked him to be on the album. My other cousin engineered it. We recorded Chemistry with my cousin, BigBeatz in his studio. That day was fun! It was me, my daughter, my cousins Jared and Matt in the studio together having fun making music. What a priceless day! 🥰

This song is near and dear to my heart. It’s a love song that is sensual for two people who come together in love. It’s meant to be steamy with a purpose.

Last, I am with a team, @zoomiez_entertainment_llc who I hit my first 100K milestone with. Who celebrates wins these wins with me. We have so much more to do… and are! But I am very proud to say we are doing what we love and plan to continue to grow.

I will end with, I am so thankful to any and all who appreciate and listen to my music.

Chris (RIP), Jared, & Matt (BigBeatz)… We f’kn did it!!!!

Nut Bush & Mr. Bill, Thank you so so much for your support and love you show me. You are very appreciated. 🥰❤️

Let’s all keep going and prosper in what we love.

At midnight, I move forward and upward into 🎂✨ Another year, another chapter, and another reason to give thanks!

Today, I’m reflecting on the journey — the beautiful moments, the unexpected turns, the lessons, the challenges, the answered prayers, and even the things that didn’t go according to plan.

Life has a way of teaching you what truly matters. I’ve learned to appreciate the little things, celebrate the big things, embrace the changes, and trust that every season has a purpose.

I’m grateful for the strength to keep going, the courage to keep dreaming, the opportunities to keep growing, and the people who have genuinely been part of my journey.

I don’t have everything figured out, and I certainly don’t have it all. But I have so much to be thankful for, and I don’t take the gift of another year for granted.

As I step into this new chapter, my prayer is for continued growth, good health, genuine happiness, meaningful connections, new opportunities, and the wisdom to enjoy the journey along the way.

Still dreaming. Still growing. Still building. Still becoming.

Thankful for where I’ve been, grateful for where I am, and excited about what God has in store.

Happy Birthday to me! 🥂❤️🙏🏽
