A few weeks ago, @hannahgoldfield came down south to kick it with me Florida Style — eating gas station breakfast, cruising on an airboat, looking for manatees, eating Pub Subs, smearing smoked mullet dip on saltines, and getting overstimulated at the Strawberry Festival. A Black Eyed Peaso Update 🫘🧫 #fermentation #miso

TikTok saw it first! haha. This miso is now 5 months old! Time really does fly. I’m preparing to repackage this batch soon with bagged metal pie weights instead of the bagged dry white beans I had on hand. I’ve answered a few questions at the end about what I plan to do with a BEP miso.
