POV: You purchase your first rental property and you’re ready to make your space move-in ready! 🏡

Aria wanted a style that would make this home inviting, bright and visitor friendly.

She provided a few must haves for the overall design and let me take it from there! 💫

I would love to rent a room in this fully furnished home. Would you? Let me know what you think!

Thank you for trusting me @bellaire_ 🍾 by @kiaradashay

Our client found their perfect home — but their current one hadn't sold yet. Most people would've had to wait. Not our clients.
We bridged the gap — literally.

A bridge loan from Townsquare Mortgage gave them the power to move on their timeline, not the market's.

Because at Townsquare Mortgage? We get it done. ✅🏠

This is exactly why we do what we do. 💛

If you are looking to purchase a home. We have a financing option for you.
Take the first step and give me a call today.
What are you waiting for?

🎂🥳 It’s my Birthday ✨
Can I share something with you?

The world doesn’t owe you anything, so appreciate what you get. Move through life in a state of gratitude and interact with others from a place of love, respect and understanding.

Don’t do good to receive good because it doesn’t always work out that way.

No one owes you anything, we owe it all to God.

That’s what I know.

happy birthday to me, and cheers to many more lessons. ❤️ a forever student. ✨💫 by @kiaradashay

4.) I am thankful. Thank you, God.
5.) Problems are constant &inevitable. SOLVE THEM.
6.) Imposter Syndrome is fake, You are real.
7.) No Pay, no play. Don’t be afraid to walk away from a toxic client.
8.) Keep going.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
The DM’s, comments, in person feedback and referrals mean so much to me. I appreciate it all. 🤗 #interiordesign #fortworth #dallas by @kiaradashay

Wow, I really get to do this for people. 🤍

I get to work with amazing people who are ready for a change. Contrary to popular belief, my clients are the star of the show. They know what they like, and in most cases, they’ve got a stack of #inspiration photos for me to review.

As the #designer, it is my job to take their wish list and turn it into a reality. It is my job bring the details together and make the space cohesive. It is my job to orchestrate the implementation of the design by sourcing products, managing contractors, tracking the budget, and making sure everything stays on track. 📑

There’s SO much more to interior design than what meets the eye.

I’m officially on year 4️⃣ of this Journey. It’s only 🆙 from here.

Thank you @wealthykay_ for the opportunity, I am forever grateful. 💪🏽
I can’t wait to show them what we do with your new 🏠
