when I get super wrapped up in doubt I just ask myself “will this matter in 10 years” and that usually does the trick <3 by @kiarakaley

There’s this weird gap after work where you’re not tired… but you’re also not functioning

and if you don’t catch it, the whole night disappears

I didn’t realize how much that window was stealing my evenings until I started intentionally resetting in between

Resetting Tips 101:

1. Go outside (even if it’s just for 5 min)

2. Move my body in some shape or form

3. Do one thing before touching my phone

If you’ve been stuck in that post-work slump… try these tips + give Nutrasumma’s Clear Whey a try

In honor of Jurassic World Rebirth releasing in theaters, I’d like to publicly confess: I love dinosaurs through and through. Like… had-a-dinosaur-themed-birthday-party-at-24 level obsessed (meaning just last year) 🦕🦖

Composited using real images + found images all on Photoshop!! Took roughly 6-8 hours 🫶🏽 #photoshop #illustrator #adobephotoshop #photocomposite #dinosaurs taken in Jurrasic Park by @kiarakaley
