Firstly, I want to extend my deep thanks to my incredible friend @angel_marie_shines for inviting me to the E-Women Phoenix networking event. The beautiful connections I made with SO many women are truly special and eye-opening.

In 2019, at just 14 years old, I began building my website and services, driven by a genuine love for children and pets. This journey led me to take on an amazing team of passionate, punctual young women who share my vision of providing reliable service across the valley ~ laying the foundation for something truly special with @kiaracares.

Above all, I am committed to my self discovery both as an individual and within a strong, like-minded community like this one at @ewomennetwork. I am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead. 💜 taken in Women Empowered AZ by @kiaralreed

As I share this post, I reflect on the gift that it was to experience Belize. The island, Caye Caulker, taught me how important it is to “go slow.” 🌊 ❤️

2 1/2 years ago I had the opportunity passed down by my mom to run an amazing Belizean restaurant—an incredibly unique experience I’ve had as a young woman. This is a bittersweet moment now that it’s come to a close.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff, friends, and mentors I’ve met along this journey. From laughs shared to late-night shifts, you’ve made this experience richer and more beautiful. You are family.

To my aunties, siblings, cousins, and my dad—you’ve been my unwavering support. Your encouragement and love have been the foundation of this journey. Thank you. 🌹
