3.24.24 in just a few hours 😻 Power makes its debut to the world! This is my first collaboration record and I was honored when my home girl @sterlingvictorian invited me to join her and @cameoadele_ in creating this 😻 Anthem!

Grateful to release the is hidden gem under the energy of this beautiful full moon in Libra where we are balancing the scales and only honoring what uplifts our spirit. Releasing old attachments to habits that kept us repeating cycles that stunted our growth.

Today tomorrow and forever more, women must allow themselves to be loved fully, deeply, with intention, respect, honor, and appreciation, patiences, kindness, clear communication, and trust.

It is my honor to have added my energy on to this track, reminding us all to enjoy the life that we live, starting with each breath that you take. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

What does black excellence do for a living🫶🏾

One beautiful day in Soho I was stopped by @tedzhar after leaving brunch with my god sister @ziarrahumanform and our amazing souls sister @daughter_of_wands!
The energy was of the highest vibrations and our conversations were deep so when @tedzhar asked what we did for a living I told him BREATHE becaus so many of us don’t.

Truth is I had no clue about his platform and how dope it is simply asking o to ER what they do and giving them an opportunity to express themselves raw live and in the moment.

Thank you @tedzhar for including us this day 🫶🏾

And the tittle that you gave the post I’m included in… brings me so much light on this day king. Thank you for being a blessing

HAPPY BEARTHDAY TO ME 🤗

I just love being a Cancer, born on a Friday underneath the glow of the full moon at 11:55pm in NYC 💙🧡💙
Growing up with the view of the Empire State Building from my bedroom window in Harlem world life has always seemed boundless.

As I energy into this next chapter of my life I am fully honoring my need to also be held with the same understanding loving energy I share. This means I need to allow others to help me even if it’s something I am used and I know I am capable of handling on my own. Living actively in my receptive, honoring my truth, saying no without guilt and saying yes with full acceptance.

Shout out to all of my friends., family, clients, students, acquaintances, neighbors, and beings around the world that I have gotten to exchange energy time and space with. All of u have continued to shape the way I see how magnetic I can be and for that I am forever grateful.

As a practitioner one question we often get asked by our clients is who’s taking care of you. Fortunately I have been able to meet some amazing practitioners like my good friend Zach founder of @livepulsela.

When I began my journey I met this gentle giant and he has encouraged me to continue to discover my unique gift of creating peace for the body to allow itself to restore, regenerate and remember that it is safe to receive. It was an honor to have him experience a few tools in my tool box like:

The seated vibration plate

Massage table with immersive @lotus_lite_vibe Soundbath

PEMF therapy with @cell2n_official

All of these tools I have for my clients I also use for myself at least once a week. Some of them I use multiple times a week. This is how I ensure I keep myself full enough for myself and to also share with others.

Zack even blessed my by having one of his masseuse giving chair massage so I could focus on sharing my new toys with all the guest, and teach yoga, and lead a Soundbath 🫠

All was accomplished with love grace and gratitude and I am forever grateful @rydersroominc and @therealfaithevans created caring for the caregivers to show deep appreciation for those who simply give for a living 💚💚💚

Felt filled with gratitude this rising for all of the spaces I have been asked to show up and share the gift of presence with.

At the end of last May I had the opportunity to both guide the guest of @rydersroominc at @therealfaithevans Caring for the Caregiver event 💚 in Breathwork, yoga, and Soundbath. I was also empowered to host @thevibeenhancer activation cabana where I guided guest through 3 types of somatic release stimulating positive blood circulation, activating their parasympathetic nervous system, and of course PEMF therapy 💚

This experience helped me see the full vision completely. Forever grateful, forever honored 🫂 much gratitude 🧘🏾‍♀️

Looking forward to sharing in this way again soon 💚
